Data Deletion Status
PostOnce processes Meta data-deletion requests within 30 days of receipt, in line with the Facebook Platform Terms.
No confirmation code was provided. If you submitted a deletion request through Facebook's app settings, the URL Meta sent you should include a code parameter.
How to delete your data manually
- Sign in to PostOnce, open Settings → Accounts, and disconnect each Facebook Page or Instagram account. This revokes our stored access tokens immediately.
- To delete your entire PostOnce account and all associated data, email hello@postonce.app from the address registered on your account.
